Fax It Comes to Mac

Fax It is now available as a native Mac app. The release brings sending, receiving, and fax history to a larger screen: assemble the document, check the pages, send it, and follow the result.

A Mac-shaped fax workflow

The Mac app was built around the way documents already move on macOS. You can import PDFs and images, drag files into a new fax, remove or reorder pages, and review the document before it leaves your computer.

Once a fax is sent, its status and history remain available in the app. People with a Fax It Number plan can also open received faxes as PDFs, share them, and keep their inbox synchronized with iPhone.

Pay by the page or choose a plan

Fax It for Mac keeps the existing credit model for occasional sending. Buy the pages you need, use them when you need them, and keep the remaining credits for a later fax.

Optional Fax It Number plans add a dedicated US or Canadian number and an inbox for received faxes. The 200-page plan includes a combined monthly allowance for sending and receiving; the Unlimited plan includes both without per-page credit charges shown in the app.

That choice matters because some faxes are occasional while other people need an ongoing number for replies or regular document exchange.
